The March Madness championship is here! The NCAA 2025 Men’s basketball tournament is coming to an end, the final at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas on Monday, April 7th at 8:50. Which is one of the most anticipated sporting events of 2025.
For the first time since 2008 the final four has been swept by number one seeds: Duke, Florida, Houston, Auburn. Florida beat Auburn 79-73 and Houston beat Duke 70-67, earning a chance to be crowned champion.
The championship is gonna be a very close game with the spread being -1.5 favoring Florida, and the moneyline being -115 Florida and -105 Houston.
During the tournament there were some crazy upsets like Mcnesse defeating Clemson, Drake beating Missouri, and Colorado State topping Memphis. Despite this season feeling lackluster in upsets, there were 11 total upsets while the historical average is only 8.5.
This is a highly anticipated and tight game, while Florida is well established with two total March Madness tournament wins, Houston is on the hunt for their first ever tournament win.
