Ready to howl at the moon with the CHHS Marching Cavaliers this upcoming season with their new show theme “Girl in Red?”
The Clover Hill Marching Cavaliers are ready to show the student body their true wolves within while bringing them along on a new way to tell the Red Riding Hood tale we all know.
With the help of technological advancements, gaining new speakers, recording software, and a sound board the band got from the past marching season “The Golden Record,” and the amazing marchers, pit, color guard, staff, and our lovely band director Brianna Gatch, the Marching Cavaliers are ready to take you on a not so classic fairy tale story, including a song from Billie Eilish and the growl from Big Bad himself.
Marching Cavaliers will work hard over the summer, from early in the morning to the afternoon learning their drill, music, and choreography to bring this show to life.
The new take on Red Riding Hood brings an interesting turn with music within the show. Fun interesting turns will leave you wondering what’s going to happen next.
Even if you missed out on the auditions for next season, you can still have a special place in our marching family. Next school year the band will do auditions for stand band. In stand band, you will play an instrument of your choice for spirit walks and on the sidelines during football games, and get a general feel for what the Marching Cavaliers do. If you don’t know how to play an instrument, you can also be a part of the color guard stand band, where you’ll learn how to dance with pom-poms and a CHHS flag.
