The moment you step foot into Mr. Noodle, a strong aroma of spices and herbs fill the air, exciting customers to instantly get a taste!
Mr. Noodle is a Chinese Restaurant celebrated for its mastery in homemade noodles. Their menu consists of many options such as ramen, lo mein, chow mein, stir fry, and an exciting dumpling series. Their establishment is also home to unique drinks you cannot find anywhere else.
We, Cassidy and Leevi, visited the buzzing new restaurant we heard such good things about to see for ourselves what the excitement was about.
After entering, we were greeted by our waitress who told us to pick a table. After taking our seats, we were given the choice to order online or at the kiosk. Choosing the kiosk, we browsed through the menu before deciding to order two items named the “Zha Jiang Noodles,” and “Braised Beef Noodle Soup.”
The Zha Jiang Noodles were a flavorful and compelling dish with many textures. The noodles were thick and chewy, paired with a tangy, mildly-spicy sauce. The sauce is created with minced pork and soybean paste. Throughout eating the dish, I, Cassidy, discovered sliced cucumbers and bean sprouts. The cucumbers and bean sprouts were crunchy, yet refreshing. I was very stunned with the kick of spice, and rare flavors, but impressed overall.
The Braised Beef Noodle Soup brought unexpectedly different flavors than I, Leevi, thought it would. Its base is formed with homemade noodles that bring a fresh taste to the dish. After the base, the additional ingredients are braised beef chunks with chili, green onions, cilantro, white radish, and bok choy. While the accompanying veggies do not stand out in the dish, it adds to making the tasty broth.
If you are craving something aesthetically pleasing and unique, we recommend Mr. Noodle. It is not just a restaurant with great food, it is an experience.

I think this restaurant sounds really interesting. From the way they describe the flavor of the noodles, to the way they get treated by the staff, it sounds really nice.
