Mu Alpha Theta celebrated Pi Day in spirit with many festivities on Friday, Mar. 13th. They hosted a fun afternoon with a pie eating competition, pi digit reciting competition, complex math problems, and fresh pie. Mu Alpha Theta is Clover Hill’s Math Honor Society, and has monthly meetings where they attempt challenging math problems and other math related activities that they do together.

Pi is a constant in math that represents the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter, and it is celebrated every year on March 14, 3/14.
